• Pastor Jake Reid & Family – Senior Pastor

Jake is the founding and senior pastor of Easton Baptist Church. He and his wife Valerie have served this church family since 2014. They were married in 2009 and are in the process of raising four boys – Caleb, Nathaniel, Ethan and Andrew. Jake has served in various capacities of church ministry since 2003. The Reids are committed to making the Gospel known and helping the church family grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

• Pastor James Dethmers & Family – Youth Pastor

James is the youth pastor of Easton Baptist Church. He and his wife Rachel started the youth ministry when they moved to Maryland in 2020. They were married in 2012 and have three children- Abigail, Noah and Madelynn. James and his wife have been involved in youth ministry for 13 years. They are committed to reaching young people with the gospel, helping them grow in their faith, and helping guide them to make wise decisions that honor the Lord as they approach adulthood.

• Pastor Alex Newton & Family – Worship Pastor

Alex is the Worship pastor of Easton Baptist Church. He and his wife Anna have served this church family since 2024. They were married in 2011 and are in the process of raising two children – Emma and Trent. Alex has served in Assistant Pastor and Senior Pastor roles since 2009. The Newtons are committed to seeing the church grow in spirit and truth as it worships the Lord through the music ministry.
